  精密模具加工在實際加工過程中發現,以往使用固定軸銑時,如選擇了UG 默認的圓弧插補方式,輸出的PTP文件容量會較大,尤其是選擇45度精加工。在預讀能力稍差的機床上,如果使用較高的進給速度,工件表面會產生深淺不一的吃刀現象,使表面光潔度大為下降。在反復的實驗中我們找出了一種合適的解決方法,選用了UG 提供的另一種圓弧插補方式,這種方式處理完后的ptp文件大為減小,使得機床的預讀負荷減輕,能夠輕松的在較高的進給速度下保持非常高的光潔度和表面質量。
